2. Orders & Pricing

1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
2. Prices shown are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude applicable taxes, duties, or charges unless otherwise stated.
3. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or omissions, even after you place an order.
4. Promotional offers, bank discounts, and vouchers are subject to specific conditions and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

3. Payment

1. Payment must be made at the time of placing the order via the options available (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
2. In the case of EMI or no-cost EMI offers, the financial institution’s terms apply.
3. King Toyz is not liable for delays or issues arising from payment gateways, banks, or intermediary services.

4. Cancellation & Modification

1. You may cancel or modify your order before it is dispatched.
2. Once an order is shipped, cancellation or modification requests will not be accepted.
3. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy and credited back to the original payment method.

5. Delivery & Title Transfer

1. We will deliver your order within the timeline stated on the product page, subject to unforeseen delays (e.g., logistical, regulatory, natural events).
2. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery of the items at your designated address.
3. In the event of partial delivery, you may cancel the undelivered portion before it is shipped.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

1. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all accessories, tags, packaging, and documentation intact to qualify for a refund or exchange.
3. Returns due to defects or courier damage are accepted at no additional cost to you; otherwise, you may be responsible for return shipping.

7. Warranty & Support

1. All products sold carry the manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable).
2. King Toyz acts as a facilitator for warranty claims; any service, repair, or replacement under warranty will be handled as per the manufacturer’s terms.
3. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, logos, trademarks, and text, is proprietary to King Toyz or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or use any part of the content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, King Toyz’s liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any disputes arising in connection with them are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
